When I’m not at the office, I enjoy renovating my home with my husband, coaching my daughter’s softball team, helping her with 4H projects, watching my son compete in trapshooting, and running with our dog, Piper.

Maximus is keeping it in the family. I’m grateful to have my son working with me in the office—sharing the day-to-day responsibilities, learning how everything behind the scenes works, and teaching him the importance of showing up, being helpful, and treating people with respect.
